chef Sabrina Bouzid
Chef Sabrina Bouzid is an experienced chef from France. She moved to Vancouver, BC in 2004. She was a culinary instructor at H.A.V.E. cooking school in Vancouver, and following her time there Sabrina took the helm as head chef at Enigma Restaurant. Chef Sabrina brought a breath of fresh air to the menu which features dishes ranging from appetizers, such as Enigma’s ever popular breaded calamari, to main course features such as classic French Bouillabaisse and, one of the restaurant’s most popular supper items, seafood squash. Sabrina has brought a French cooking sensibility to Enigma’s unique menu offerings, and her attention to detail and insistence on quality ingredients will ensure a pleasurable dining experience for you and your guests.
